Gold has long been associated with the church, particularly within Catholicism, due to its status as a precious metal and subsequent association with a royal or divine being. In many churches, gold has been used to decorate or to symbolize important elements of worship, and can also represent monetary offerings. Gold is also symbolic of God and divine authority, love, hope and light amongst some religions, while also representing growth and potential blessing from a higher power.

Opinions about Roman cope "Pelican" KR9-AG50
in our loyalty program.
- 5/5Opinion confirmed by purchaseThis is a magnificent cope. The work, especially on the hood, is out of this world. I'm not sure I've seen more beautiful pieces except in museums. That being said, I personally found out from this purchase that I don't like the Roman style as it rubs on my neck/head and won't stop slipping off my shoulders (big shoulders at that). If you like this style, buy it now. It is so good. I would like to see a Gothic style with these hoods...now that I would buy up.2016-08-17
