Year of Faith

Year of Faith chasubles commemorate the Year of Faith, a period designated by the Catholic Church to encourage deeper understanding and renewal of faith. The most recent Year of Faith was proclaimed by Pope Benedict XVI from 11 October 2012 to 24 November 2013. It marked the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Second Vatican Council and the 20th anniversary of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
